Download the ChatNae app from the App Store or Google Play, then follow the registration process using your phone number.

How do messaging credits work?

Each subscription plan comes with a daily message limit. Standard allows 3 messages/day, Crown allows 15 messages/day, and Diamond allows 30 messages/day.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Use the report button within the app or contact our support team directly at info@zeno.co.tz with details of the issue.
